NMCC to Host Info Night

Beginning August 6, Northern Maine Community College will host College Info Nights in Houlton and Presque Isle.

These Info Night sessions will inform area residents about higher education options and training being offered by the college in each area of the County

The first Info Night session will be in Houlton on August 6 from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. at the Houlton Higher Education Center. Presque Isle's Info Night will be on August 7 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. in the Akeley Student Center on the NMCC campus. The college will waive the course registration fee for those who attend either session and sign up for a course.

Interested individuals are welcome to walk in at any time and speak with an NMCC representative who will work individually with those that want to learn more about the college and its various courses.

College officials are also inviting area high school and home school juniors and seniors to attend an Info Night and learn more about college courses offered by NMCC.

Those attending Info Night will also be able to learn more about financing their education and financial aid available to them.
