A man and a woman were arrested Thursday for aggravated drug trafficking and unlawful possession after drugs and other items were seized from a residence in Auburn.

Aggravated Drug Trafficking and Unlawful Drug Possession

The Auburn Police Department said 28-year-old Sabrina Harps and her boyfriend, 33-year-old Daniel Williams, were taken into custody around 8:30 pm in their apartment at 21 Spring Street.

Bail Conditions for Search

Harps had bail conditions from a prior arrest and was subject to searches for drugs and alcohol.

Drugs and Evidence Seized

Police executed a search warrant and seized more than 200 grams of fentanyl, 123 oxycodone 30-milligram pills, 22 Suboxone strips, ammunition, magazines for a handgun, digital scales, as well as two food blenders that contained evidence that they were used to blend the fentanyl. The street value of the drugs is approximately $24,000.

Prior Convictions

Auburn PD said “Harps was convicted in 2015 in federal court for illegal use of credit cards. Williams was convicted in New York in 2009 robbery, in 2015 in Maine for aggravated trafficking scheduled drugs, in 2019 for domestic violence assault, and in 2023 for felony domestic violence assault with priors. Due to the criminal convictions of Harps and Williams, federal law prohibits them from possessing firearms or ammunition. Williams is on probation for the 2023 domestic assault conviction.”

Multiple Charges

Harps and Williams were charged with two counts of aggravated drug trafficking and two counts of unlawful drug possession.
