Man Arrested for Felony Charges and Drug Possession in Maine
A 57-year-old man was arrested in Hermon for drugs and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
Search Warrant Executed
The Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office said Bart Langley was taken into custody following a search warrant of his residence.
Drugs and Firearms Seized
Deputies located and seized two firearms and illegal drugs in the master bedroom.
Suspect was on Probation
Langley’s home was part of an ongoing drug investigation. He was on probation and out on bail.
Felony Charge
Langley was charged with Possession of a Firearm by a prohibited person, Drug Possession, Felony Violation of Conditions of Release and Violation of Probation.
