Maine State Police Investigating West Gardner Shooting Death

WEST GARDINER, Maine (AP) — Maine State Police are investigating the shooting death of a man outside a West Gardiner home.

Police say the shooting took place at about 2:45 a.m. Saturday at the home on Yeaton Drive.

A number of people were in the home at the time of the shooting, all have been interviewed by police and are cooperating with the investigation.

No arrests have been made.

Police say the identity of the victim will be released once his relatives have been notified.

Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the death. An autopsy will be conducted.
