Sometimes the other guy just beats you. Last night the Kansas City Chiefs just beat the New England Patriots, 42-27. So much for all that 19-0 talk.

The Chiefs came to Foxboro and spoiled the big Super Bowl celebration party by scoring more points against Bill Belichick than any team had ever scored.

Some of the staggering numbers - 553 total yards of offense. QB Alex Smith threw for 368 yards and four TDs. Two Kansas City touchdowns were over 70 yards and that hasn't happened to the Patriots since the 1960s.

Meanwhile, Tom Brady was just 16-for-36, 267 yards and no TDs. A quarterback rating of 45.7.

And to make matters worse, WR Danny Amendola left the game with a head injury and LB Dont'a Hightower left with a knee injury.
