A fire in Caribou Sunday morning displaced residents of a home on the Baird Road.

Fourteen members of the Caribou Fire Department responded shortly before 7 a.m. and they were able to quickly extinguish the blaze. There were no injuries.

Officials say the fire was contained to one room and the home will need repair before it can be livable again.

The Red Cross was assisting the homeowner with emergency needs.
