According to court documents, Hitchcock emailed images of child pornography to several individuals from his parent’s residence in Fort Fairfield.

In imposing the sentence, Judge Woodcock noted Hitchcock’s lengthy criminal record, including convictions for assault and domestic violence, and unrelated charges pending against  him in state court in Aroostook County for attempted gross sexual assault and visual sexual aggression against a child.

The investigation was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Presque Isle Police Department.
