28-Year-Old Charged with Threatening Man with Gun in Maine
A 28-year-old man was charged with threatening another man with a gun in Portland on Sunday night.
Man Charged with Criminal Threatening
Matthew Litka from Portland was arrested and faces charges for Criminal Threatening and Reckless Conduct with a Dangerous Weapon.
Suspect had a Gun when Arrested
Litka was in possession of a firearm when he was apprehended on Fessenden Street. The Portland Police Department said he admitted to firing the gun into the ground at one point.
Shots Fired
The incident happened around 8:32 pm near Forest Avenue and Bedford Street. No injuries were reported.
