The Augusta Police Department said Alexander Thang, an Augusta transient, was taken into custody on Spring Street.
Ongoing Narcotics Investigation
The ATF, MDEA, HIS and Maine State Police made the arrest as part of an ongoing drug investigation.
Drugs and Contraband Seized
Police seized drugs and contraband during the search around 4 am, according to WGME News.
$8,000 Cash Bail
Thang was taken to the Kennebec County Jail with bail set at $8,000 cash.
