Dec. 15 - Trooper Sylvia charged a 44-year-old Florida man with OAS after he crossed at the Houlton Port of Entry.

Dec. 15 - Troopers Sylvia and Doody responded to Bridgewater for what was reported as a family fight.  As a result of the investigation, they charged a man and woman with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle which possibly caused the argument which prompted the call by a third party.

Dec. 15 - Trooper Hafford responded to the Sly Brook Snow Riders snowmobile club in New Canada for a reported theft.  The 2 male suspects were captured on a video system in the act of committing the crime. Trooper Hafford identified the males and charges are pending.

Dec. 16 - Trooper Sylvia took a reported theft of medication from an Oakfield man after he believed it was stolen out of his truck possibly in Presque Isle.

Dec. 17 - Troopers Michaud and Doody were called to E Plantation for a late report domestic assault between a grandmother and grandson.  As a result, the 20-year-old grandson was arrested for terrorizing.

Dec. 18 - Trooper Lilley responded to Island Falls after receiving a tip from Trooper Saucier, who was off duty, that a male subject was at a residence in Island Falls in violation of his bail conditions.  Trooper Lilley responded to the house and the male jumped out a second floor window and ran from the house in an attempt to get away.  Trooper Lilley located the male at a nearby house and arrested him for VCR without further incident.

Dec. 19 - Trooper Stoutamyer investigated an attended death case in Connor Township.  70-year-old female had an extensive cardiac health history, and was visiting friends when she collapsed and went unconscious.  Paramedics arrived and she could not be revived.

Dec. 19 – Trooper Michaud continued to follow leads that were developed after he and Trooper Hafford assisted Van Buren PD with a search warrant earlier this winter in which stolen tools were discovered.  Today he located another victim and returned his tools to him.  This will add a burglary of a motor vehicle and a theft charge in addition to the other burglaries and thefts that the suspect has already been charged with.  This incident that was solved today was from October of 2013 in which tools were stolen from vehicle parked along the road in Limestone.

Dec. 19 - Trooper Hafford assisted MCU as an ERT at a stabbing in Calais.

Troop F of the Maine State Police is responsible for Aroostook County and the extreme northern sections of Somerset, Piscataquis and Penobscot counties.
