PRESQUE ISLE, ME – October 10, 2014, Wintergreen Arts Center received a generous donation from Machias Savings Bank for their After School Arts program.

MMG Insurance, with the support of its employees, business partners and the local community is thrilled to announce the donation of more than $24,500 to the local United Way.

Katahdin Trust Company has announced a $15,000 donation they've made to Bigrock Mountain in Mars Hill with the hope of helping the ski area continue to provide affordable, healthy family winter activities.

The Salvation Army kick-started their annual red kettle campaign on Monday, Nov. 5, with an official ceremony at the state capital.
