35-Year-Old Man Charged with Attacking Three Women in Maine
A 35-year-old man was arrested Friday night and charged after three women were attacked on Water Street in Augusta.
Man Assaulted Three Women
Police said Ethan Turley attacked three women in their early twenties around 10:27 pm.
Bystanders Stopped the Attack
An on-duty Augusta Fire employee and another bystander saw the attack and stopped it, said WGME News. They were able to keep Turley away until police arrived and took him into custody.
Aggravated Assault Charges
Turley was charged with two counts of assault, aggravated assault, criminal threatening and disorderly conduct with offensive words or gestures. He was taken to the Kennebec County Jail.
