In July, additional weekly arts camps will be offered at the Sargent Family Community Center.

Wintergreen Arts Center is offering Summer arts at four locations in Presque Isle.

An opening reception for local artist Caitlin Sanipass will be held on June 1 at the Wintergreen Arts Center.

Wintergreen Arts Center is hosting a unique show based on the photography and wood-based art of retired farmer and Presque Isle native Larry Park.  The opening reception, “Through the Lens of a Farmer,” will be held on January 6, 2017, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, during the First Friday Downtown Art Walk.

Auditions for parts in the children’s musical, WE ARE MONSTERS, will take place at the Wintergreen Arts Center in Presque Isle on January 9, 2017, at 3:00 pm.

Wintergreen is kicking off its second annual CHAIR-ity event with an opening reception on November 4 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm during the First Friday Downtown Art Walk.This event is free and open to the public.

Wintergreen Arts Center opened its doors at 149 State Sreet in Presque Isle a decade ago, and this weekend the cultural center celebrates it 10th anniversary.

The First Friday Downtown Art Walks held in Presque Isle (PI) are a great attention call for local artists. The birth of outlets to play music, read poetry or display artwork over the past few years is something I hope keeps on growing. Hopefully to the point where there won't be anymore First Friday Art Walks.
