Two Arrested

A 39-year-old woman and a 38-year-old man were arrested Monday afternoon after a gun and drugs were seized.

K9 Raye discovered 440 grams of fentanyl, 11.3 grams of meth and firearms.

Officials said more charges and arrests are possible as the investigation continues.

Saint-Léonard RCMP assisted at the scene. and Police Dog Services and a drone were used during the searches.

The MDEA has been investigating for over two months the illegal distribution of fentanyl throughout Southern Maine.

Both had outstanding arrest warrants and have been given a court date of January 7, 2021 at the Caribou District Courthouse.

The RCMP's Police Dog Service assisted with the investigation.

Both arrests relate to ongoing police investigations by Woodstock Police Force and RCMP J DIV West.
