Tracy Morgan's lawyers filed a lawsuit against Walmart on Thursday following the June car crash that left a friend of Morgan's dead, and Morgan himself in critical condition. The lawsuit is accusing Walmart of negligence which resulted in the crash.

Tracy Morgan ('30 Rock,' 'Saturday Night Live') is in critical condition after a six-vehicle accident on the New Jersey Turnpike early Saturday morning. Morgan had been riding in a limo bus from Dover, Delaware where he performed Friday night.
