The snow has to go somewhere. So if you shovel your driveway and then clear a space to the left of your driveway, when the plow circles back around, it will fill it!

The bare December landscape we’ve been seeing across Maine and New Brunswick is about to be transformed into a winter wonderland one week before Christmas.

As winter closes in, here's when and how often you can expect snow and snowstorms in key cities and towns across Maine.

The plows were back out in Maine overnight. And it's almost MAY. It got us thinking about how Maine compares to the rest of the country when it comes to snow amounts. I mean, if it snows HALF the year around here, you would think we have to be the snowiest state around.

We are expecting to get a total accumulation between 3 to 5 inches.

For a few fleeting moments, an unexpected weather alert made everyone in Maine believe something far worse was imminent.
