The National Weather Service released their seasonal outlook for this winter in Maine that includes above average temperatures and very modest snow

We've been kind of lucky so far this winter, as milder temperatures have been the majority of what we've experienced, so far. But that's changed.

UPDATE (Aug 3rd, 7:30 AM) According to WMTW, much of Maine is now under a Tropical Storm Watch due to Isaias (Ees-ay-ee-azz).  In addition to the Maine coast, inland areas of Maine and New Hampshire could be affected. We'll see rain rolling into our area on Tuesday afternoon...

Because snow might happen again this week... here are some of Maine's earliest-storm and most-snow records from the National Weather Service in Caribou.

Emera Maine has also beefed up their staff in order to receive field concerns from the public in relation to the gusty winds that are causing the damage.

Emera Maine states that storm teams will be meeting regularly to review updated forecasts and ensure that resources are deployed as needed.

Will we get slammed by a fourth Nor'easter in three weeks? Hard to tell right now, but it's looking more and more likely.
