The Aroostook County Action Program will soon be launching a new service.

Presque Isle Rotarians recently held a celebration to designate Mary Smith as a Paul Harris Fellow for the contributions she has made to the community.

Those involved with the financial side of the groundbreaking sat under the shade of a canopy with snacks and sipped coffee and waited for their chance to say what an honor it is to be part of this 6 million dollar project.
