Justin Riggall, 37, of Kennebunk, was sentenced Tuesday in U.S. District Court by Judge D. Brock Hornby to 2½ years in prison and three years of supervised release for possession of firearms by a person previously convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

Hundreds of hunters — including some who drove hours — huddled under the big top at Maine's Kittery Trading Post for the annual drawing of the coveted moose hunting permits.
