The Open Enrollment period for 2016 health coverage is quickly coming to a close. For most people, the last day to enroll in a 2016 Marketplace plan is January 31, 2016. Aroostook County Action Program (ACAP) still has appointments available to get coverage for 2016 and avoid a penalty for not being insured.
