The Hope and Justice Project helps men, women, and children who have been affected or is currently being affected due to domestic violence in Aroostook County.
The University of Maine at Presque will serve as the host site of the 5th Annual Safe Homes Aroostook “Move to End Homelessness” 5K fundraiser on Sunday, May 7, at 1 p.m.
Presque Isle-based Hope & Justice Project will offer a free 35-hour training for anyone interested in helping individuals affected by abuse and violence or learning more for professional or personal growth. The training will take place on week-day evenings in September and October.
The 4th Annual Safe Homes Aroostook 5K will take place on Sunday, May 1st, from 1:00-3:00PM, starting in Gentile Hall at the University of Maine at Presque Isle. The event benefits both Hope & Justice Project and Homeless Services of Aroostook.
