The Woodstock RCMP is investigating a vandalism incident earlier this month that resulted in thousands of dollars in damage to a golf course green in Hartland, New Brunswick.
69-year-old Jean Claude Allard was fined $4999.88 after pleading guilty to possession of unstamped tobacco products after the RCMP seized the cigarettes last November.
