A 25-year-old Hamlin man was sentenced in federal court in Bangor on Wednesday for importing methamphetamine into the United States from Canada.

Two Edmundston area men have been sentenced in Quebec on multiple drug charges following an investigation into a smuggling ring that began in 2007.
