Cold weather

"If it's too cold for you, then it's too cold for them." This is something to think about when battling cold weather and especially when letting your pets outside.

It was a balmy 20 degrees below zero when I woke up this morning, and even though it has warmed up some, it is still pretty cold out there. Luckily, the cold didn't seem to keep the fans away from the 2014 IBU Youth / Junior Biathlon World Championships that are taking place at the Nordic Heritage Center in Presque Isle.

Winters in our area a long and cold. Aside from snowmobiling and playing outside with my daughter, I spend a great deal of time inside this time of year and so does my dog, especially with the frigid temperatures lately!
