Canada Day celebrations and activities are returning to the City of Saint John, N.B., following a two-year absence.

More than 650 French fry fans gathered on July 13th at Potato World Museum in the French Fry Capital of the World to celebrate a special day dedicated to one of the world’s favorite finger foods.

Many folks have today off from work and school in celebration of Veterans Day in the U.S. and Remembrance Day in Canada, but let us not forget just why we have are lucky enough to have the day off.
