A Maine man has won the Oscar for his brilliant work on hit move, Avatar The Way of Water.

A native Gorham man is celebrating his nomination for Avatar 2 and says he based the world of Pandora's geography off of Maine.

You’ll have to wait at least an extra year for more ‘Avatar.’
