On Sunday night not only will there be a full moon, but it will be the closest and largest full moon of the year.

A close encounter with a 'Super Moon' won't come around again until August, 2014. The moon will turn full on June 23 at 7:32am EDT, 6:32am CDT, 5:32am. MDT and 4:32am PDT.

Astronomers refer to this full moon as a perigee full moon; which basically means 'easy does it moon- that's gettin' a little close…'
