Former co-stars and recent touring partners Steve Martin and Martin Short are set to reunite for a new series of fall tour dates timed to support Martin's new release with the Steep Canyon Rangers, The Long-Awaited Album.

Martin and Short, who took the stage together for an on-again, off-again run of shows last year, will return to the road later this month, starting the next leg of their tour Sept. 14 in Vienna, Va., and continuing through the end of October, when they're scheduled to wrap up their currently announced obligations in Las Vegas on Oct. 29. The duo also performed together during a series of summer dates earlier this year, which were billed as An Evening You Will Forget for the Rest of Your Life.

As fans of the stars might expect, Martin and Short's show represents a grab bag mix of comedy and music, with Martin performing numbers from his recent recordings as a bluegrass banjo player alongside a freewheeling assortment of skits and stand-up bits. As Short told Billboard in 2016, "Touring with Steve is a lot like the movie Deliverance: It’s all fun and games till the banjos come out."

In addition to the next round of live shows and the arrival of The Long-Awaited Album — which is due in stores Sept. 22 and preceded by new single "Caroline," which you can stream above — Martin's debuting a new Broadway show this fall. Meteor Shower, starring Amy Schumer and Keegan-Michael Key, is scheduled to premiere Nov. 29; visit Martin's official site for more information, as well as ticketing details for the complete list of tour dates below.
