Here’s The Cheapest & Most Expensive Tickets to The Patriots AFC Championship Game in Denver
Alright Maine, imagine this: the Patriots are in the AFC Championship game in Denver this Sunday, and you’re feeling brave, impulsive, and just delusional enough to say, “Yep. I’m going.”
Now let’s be clear, this isn’t your typical “run down to Gillette and grab a hot chocolate” situation. This is a full-blown, high-altitude, wallet-emptying, life-choice-making adventure.
First, you’ve gotta start with the ticket itself, and prices are doing that thing where they look like a mortgage payment. Depending on where you sit, you’re either going to be up close enough to see Mike Vrabel's hoodie stitching or so far away you’ll be watching the Jumbotron like it’s a Buffalo Wild Wings.
Then there’s airfare from Maine to Denver. Unless you’ve got a buddy with a private jet (call me, Tom Brady), you’re looking at flights that range from “okay that’s doable” to “why is this more expensive than my first car?”
Throw in one night at a hotel, Ubers, parking, overpriced stadium food and at least one celebratory beverage (or five)… and suddenly this weekend has turned into a financial event.
So what’s the grand total for a Mainer to pull off this Patriots pilgrimage? Well, we did a little research using popular ticketing website StubHub. Oh, and keep in mind, the following prices are PER TICKET, not a pair.
The cheapest you’re getting out of this for is: $475 (Absolute nosebleeds.. And given Denver's already 5,000+ foot elevation, your nose probably will actually bleed.
And the most expensive option could run you: $6,581 for section 105, row 1 midfield.
Worth it? If the Pats win… absolutely. If they lose… you might need to stay in Denver an extra day to emotionally recover.
