A Maine woman has pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and distribute heroin in Maine.

Between November 2015 and September 2017, 26-year old Sierrha Frisbie of Auburn Maine conspired to acquire heroin in Massachusetts and New York in order to distribute the drugs in the greater Lewiston and Portland areas, according to court records.

Troopers arrested Frisbie in December 2015 on the turnpike at the York Toll Plaza and she had 38 grams of heroin in her possession.

Frisbie faces a $1,000,000 fine and up to 20 years in prison if convicted and between five years and life on supervised release.

Once a pre-sentence investigation report has been issued by the U.S. Probation Office, Frisbie is scheduled to be sentenced.

The case was investigated, in part, by the Portland and South PorlandPolice Departments, Maine State Police as well as other agencies.
