As a parent, I officially cannot keep up with the toy trends right now. One minute kids are obsessed with Squishies, Labubus, and NeeDohs, then it’s Mini Foods, and now it’s these adorable little dumpling collectibles.

By next Thursday, it'll probably be something shaped like butter, oh wait, those are already here and sold out.

Honestly, though it's half the fun of parenting right now, watching our kids get stoked over the tiniest, strangest little treasures,

And speaking of that, the popular Holiday Bargain Outlet on Maine Street in Lewiston, did a big restock and announced it on Facebook.

Maine Kids Have a New Toy Obsession

They officially announced it on their page, and by now it’s probably all gone, but you see that’s what makes this spot so great. They always seem to know exactly what the kids want and keep bringing it back!

Once the shelves get loaded with all the trendy stuff that are kids are losing their minds over, it brings me back to a simpler time of Yo-Yos and Slinkys.

The difference though, is Yo-Yo's and Slinkys are still around. Maybe it has to do with the current economy of fast fashion right now?

Our toys stuck around for years, but now, I feel like kids love something for approximately 4-6 business days before the next craze rolls in on TikTok.
