A traffic stop on the Maine Turnpike Thursday morning lead to an arrest and seizure of a substantial amount of cocaine and heroin.

50-year-old Irvin Philmore of Front Lee, NJ was arrested around 2:30 AM after the Maine State Police stopped his car in York.

Troopers found 72 grams of cocaine and 15 grams of heroin in the vehicle. A drug sniffing dog was used.

Philmore was taken to the York County Jail and charged with aggravated trafficking in drugs. His bail is $50,000.
