The Hermon Hawks took an early lead on John Bapst and kept the Crusaders at bay all night, winning 42-34 for their 13th win of the season.

Lauren Plissey finished with 10 points but her most value came on the defensive end where she blocked over 10 shots.

John Bapst closed an 11-point gap after three quarters down to three points mid-way through the fourth quarter but could never get closer.

Crystal Bell had 13 to lead the Crusaders.

The Hawks improve to 13-3 with an outside chance to finishing as the #1 seed.

Bapst falls to 10-6 and with two games left on the schedule the Crusaders look like they are headed for a play-in tourney game.
