Fashion Forward – The Perfect Jacket for Any Occasion During the Winter Season

Last week, we covered the first of my outerwear obsessions- vests. This week, we focus on the next layer- jackets!

Here are my favs:

I will be a jean jacket lover until the day I die. Definitely a jacket you can wear year round- wear this pieced layered with your chunky knits and scarves.

An anorak gives any outfit a touch of prep, don’t you think? I love pairing mine with jeans, a striped t, and statement necklace.

What closet doesn’t need a lady-like jacket? Perfect with a skirt and button up for work, or over a t-shirt with jeans for the weekend.

A structured blazer is an incredibly versatile piece. I wear mine whenever I want to have a dressier piece of outerwear. Perfect for over a weekend date outfit.

This is the one jacket on my list that I don’t own. When I see a leather/faux leather jacket worn right, I think it looks SO cool! Instead of your basic black, I think I would try this one in a camel or taupe color. And since I’m not 100% sure about this look just yet, I would go the F21 route before investing in real leather.
