Over the weekend I had the chance to do a little cooking. There is nothing I love more than to spend a Sunday afternoon cooking with my family.

My husband is a super picky eater, but I’m all about trying new things and different recipes. I happened to come across a recipe for pizza roll-ups that I saw on Pintrest. This one is definitely worth sharing! So here goes.

Ingredients

3 cans Grands Biscuits

1 package of pepperoni

1 block of your favorite cheese (I used white cheddar), cut into small pieces

1 egg

Garlic salt

Italian seasoning

Parmesan cheese

 

Directions

Grease a 9 by 13 pan. Take biscuits out of the can and flatten them out individually. Once flattened, take 1 pepperoni, 1peice of cheese, then top with another pepperoni. Then fold biscuit closed around it. Put fold side down on the pan and repeat. Once all the biscuits have been put together and placed in the pan, brush the egg over the top. Then top with Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Use a lot or a little. Then bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes or until you think biscuits are cooked. Serve with pizza sauce or whatever your favorite sauce may be.

 

This recipe is supper easy and is really good! I hope yours turns out as well as mine did!
