Eat Deep-Dish Cookies And Check Out Huge Dinosaurs In The Lowes Parking Lot In Bangor Next Week!

It doesn't have to make sense because it's awesome!

"Hey, you wanna go eat some deep-dish cookies and check out huge dinos in the Lowes parking lot?"

While it does sound like a question straight out of 'Wayne's World', 'Step Brothers', 'Dumb and Dumber', or something that could very well have been uttered on any grammar-school playground between kindergartners last week, it's a totally legitimate question.

You heard me. It's an actual thing, and it's happening in the Bangor area next Wednesday!

Nationally recognized "I Heart Cookies" dessert food truck, known for they're insanely sweet and gooey "deep-dish" cookies, is bringing their sweet treats and some gigantic animatronic dinosaurs to Bangor. On Wednesday, September 24th, from 2 PM to 7 PM in the parking lot of Lowes at their 70 Springer Drive location, you can taste and see all the action.

According to their Facebook Event Page, the price of admission is pretty simple:

"We only require a cookie purchase PER person to enter. Our cookies are $5 each or 6 cookies for $25. We do not have an age exception; a cookie purchase is required for each person."

Along with their Raptor Enclosure and a bunch of other cool dinosaur photo ops, organizers say they will also have a fossil dig pit where kids can play.

The "I Heart Cookies" mobile food truck was founded by Rachel Marlow in Wichita, Kansas. There are now several trucks that tour the nation, bringing the fun of dinosaurs and desserts to small towns across America.
