Ciara Slays in Topless Maternity Shoot for Harper’s Bazaar [PHOTOS]
Seven month pregnant songstress Ciara poses topless in a beautiful maternity shoot for Harper's Bazaar. The photos also include baby Future Zahir and her husband Russell Wilson.
The 31-year-old singer sat down with Fiona Duncan for the magazine as well to talk family, fame and Empowerment. Ciara mentioned she has two things that's she's currently focusing on— family and music.
“I got this baby and my album,” she says. “I’m just super excited about this time in my life. Like, oh my gosh, I can see my son running around, and soon it’s going to be two of these creatures running around! Our hands will be full of non-stop action.”
Ciara also shared how excited Future Zahir is about being an older brother.
“He’ll randomly pull my shirt up and be like, ‘I want to see the baby. Hello, baby. How you doing, baby? I love you, baby. Okay, talk to you later, baby. Bye, bye.’ Then he’ll kiss me on my belly and put my shirt back down.”
Her family isn't the only thing keeping her busy and making her smile. The Atlanta native is working on her first album with Warner Bros. Records and her seventh studio album overall. She didn't say much about the details of the album but she expects it to be magical.
“I want to make the world dance,” she explains.
Ciara is all about empowering others as well as herself. She added some empowering words through her own experiences during the interview. She explained how important it is to keep good people around you, and to always love yourself.
“If someone’s not supporting you and your vision and your dreams—whether it’s your relationship partner, your friend, whomever, then you’ve got to make sure to keep it moving. If people aren’t lifting you up, even if you’re the strongest person in the world, eventually it does chip away at you. You don’t even realize that you’re losing yourself. And that’s the scariest place to be in life… I don’t want to lose myself. I love myself too much. I love life too much.”
