Love is in the air among South Korean celebrity royalty: BoA, Queen of K-Pop™, and actor Joo Won are officially a couple.

Following an exclusive by TV Report this week (Jan. 18), which claimed that the couple started dating in the second half of 2016, Joo Won's agency, Huayi Brothers, quickly confirmed the news.

"The length of their relationship is a personal matter, so we did not inquire about it separately," Joo Won's reps said in a statement, according to AllKPop. Because Joo Won is busy filming for work at the moment, his agency knows no further details about their relationship.

The two reportedly met through mutual acquaintances, and now fans are speculating that their mutual friend, TVXQ's Yunho, might have brought the couple together.

As for what's drawn the two superstars together? Similar interests.

"They both enjoy hiking and golf, and felt attraction towards one another because of their healthy lifestyles. Joo Won and BoA are also said to have similar taste in music," claims TV Report. (Translation via Soompi.)

The exclusive went on to reveal that the two also discuss acting together, "with Joo Won having watched BoA’s recent drama, My Wife Is Having an Affair This Week, and giving her advice."

A 'close source' to the "heartwarming" pair says: “It’s cute to see them cherish one another and date cautiously. Many around them are envious of the couple.” (Translation via Soompi.)

After making his debut in musicals in 2006, Joo Won starred in his first TV drama, King of Baking, Kim Takgu, in 2010. He's since starred in several films, including 2012's Don't Click, 2014's Fashion King and 2015's Fatal Intuition, and will star in the upcoming K-Drama My Sassy Girl this May.

Just this past week, BoA's label confirmed that the global pop icon is indeed preparing a new album amid rumors of a comeback in February.

Congrats, you two!
