At this point, Jelly Roll is no stranger to our Queen City of the East. He brought the ‘Backroad Baptism Tour 2023' to the Maine Savings Amphitheater on the Bangor Waterfront alongside Elle King and Struggle Jennings back in August of 2023.

Jelly Roll’s wife, Bunnie XO, also made sure to get to know the area fairly well, sharing her experiences with her nearly 5 million followers on TikTok.

She documented her trip in Vacationland with visits to local landmarks like Stephen and Tabitha King’s house and enjoyed the local cuisine at McLaughlin's Lobsters, Seafood & Takeout in Bangor.

As far as we know, the last time Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO were in our Pine Tree State was for that concert in August 2023.

During that concert, Jelly Roll brought Bunnie XO on stage, shared how much he loves Maine, and mentioned that it had been years since his last visit—the last time being a vacation with Bunnie XO. Well, they do call us ‘Vacationland’ for a reason, right?

He talked about Maine’s natural beauty, praised our marijuana laws (even catching a joint from the audience and smoking it on stage), and loved the vibe of the Mainers he met.

Some might cynically say, ‘Oh, he says that about every place he visits!’ But Maine is just different. While he did say something along the lines of, ‘We’re coming back next year!’ and then didn’t, we still believe he truly enjoyed his stop in Maine!
