The woman has been identified as 43 year old Lynda Fogg of the Medway-Mattawamkeag area.  She also has been known recently as Lynda Gordon. She and the man who shot and killed himself Monday evening inside that truck were married on March 1.

Police have have clarified the name of Fogg's new husband as 59 year old Bruce Heal, who also went by the name Bruce King.  During the standoff, Heal told Penobscot deputies that he was responsible for Lawrence Lewis' death and that Lewis' body was hidden inside his home in Molunkus.  State Police located the body after the standoff was over.

Fogg has been cooperative thus far.  Investigators also say that Heal and Lewis had known each other for some time and that Heal had lived with Lewis at the Molunkus home fairly recently.  Fogg had also lived at the house since last fall.  The couple moved out recently and had been staying at motels and with relatives in the area.

According to Maine Department of Safety Spokesman, Steve McCausland, an autopsy was completed today on Lewis’ body by the State Medical Examiner's Office and additional testing will be done before they arrive at a final conclusion. But they are saying that is was a homicide.

We'll have more information as it becomes available.
