Where Should I Get My Spring Pedicure?

My friend Jewel and I have a spring tradition.  We get a pedicure together. Last night we started texting to plan this year's outing. Now I'm not talking a simple coat of color, we do the whole foot soaking, exfoliating, moisturizing, heel shaving shabang! We don't have a regular place that we go to so last year we ended up having a sub-par experience at a place in a mall. When I lay out cash to pamper my feet I have expectations; massage those poor, tired dogs, don't stop at the ankle when exfoliating, be gentle with the clippers, offer me a glass of wine and I'll put you on my Christmas card list.
