‘Westworld’ Releases Piano Covers From ‘Game of Thrones’ Composer

If there’s one thing HBO’s Westworld has generated more interest in than its many fan theories, it might be the eclectic score re-imagining everything from Soundgarden to the Rolling Stones in player-piano. Now, you can own the acclaimed tracks for yourself, as Westworld releases official compositions from Game of Thrones artist Ramin Djawadi.

Five episodes in, HBO’s Westworld unveiled an official iTunes destination for original tracks from the series, including both the title song, and more memorable numbers like the orchestral version of the Rolling Stones’ “Paint it Black.” All of the tracks owe to composer Ramin Djawadi, who himself was recently noted for Game of Thrones finale composition “Light of the Seven,” that memorable ditty that accompanied Cersei’s fiery court date.

Not everything is available to purchase just yet, though initial selections from the HBO series are available as a 5-song EP for $4.99 (with individual tracks running at $1.29), including Soundgarden, Radiohead, The Cure and more.
