Vehicle Break-Ins In Western New Brunswick

Over the past week, RCMP have responded to a number of reports of thefts from vehicles in Riviere-Verte, N.B., and surrounding areas. All of the vehicles broken into were unlocked.

Police are reminding residents to lock their vehicles and to keep valuables safely stored. Police are also asking the public to report any suspicious activity, such as one or more people walking up or down a neighbour's driveway after dark.

In addition, police are asking anyone in the area who believes they may have been a victim of theft, but has not yet reported it to contact the Rivière-Verte RCMP at 506-263-1050.
