Taken into custody at the State Police barracks in Houlton Friday afternoon were 18-year-old Reginald Dobbins and a 16-year-old boy, whose name is not being released at this time, according to Steve McCausland, spokesman for the Maine Department of Public Safety.

The two Houlton teens are charged with killing Keith Suitter, whose body was found Sunday night inside his mobile home on Hillview Avenue.

Houlton police began investigating the case after Suitter’s pickup truck was found in a snow bank about a half mile from his mobile home.

State Police detectives have worked through the week investigating the death, conducting searches of Suitter's home, his truck, and two other houses in Houlton, said McCausland. No other details are being released on the cause of death or the investigation that led to the arrests.

Both Dobbins and the 16-year-old were charged with murder and were taken to the Aroostook County Jail. They are scheduled to make their first appearance in Aroostook County Superior Court in Houlton on Monday.
