Southeast District RCMP have arrested two men in connection with several thefts from vehicles in the Shediac area.

Early Thursday morning, police arrested a 27-year-old man from Moncton and a 25-year-old man from Scoudouc in Shediac after several vehicles were broken into and items stolen, according to Sgt. Paul Ouellette of the Shediac Detachment. The thefts occurred in the Cornwall Point area.

Adam Radcliffe of Moncton appeared in Moncton Provincial Court on Friday and was charged with break and enter and possession of stolen property. He has been remanded and is expected to appear in court on Tuesday, August 4.

The Scoudouc  man was released and will appear in court at a later date to face possible charges related to the alleged thefts.
