West District RCMP say shortly after 10 p.m., a vehicle with three occupants was travelling east when it went off the highway and rolled, just north of Woodstock. All three were ejected from the vehicle, according to Constable Emily Rafuse of the Woodstock Detachment.

Two 19-year-old men from the Grand Falls area passed away as a result of their injuries. A 23-year-old woman remains in hospital in critical condition.

An RCMP collision reconstructionist attended the scene and the highway was closed for several hours. It’s believed none of the occupants was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, Police say.
