State Police say Donna Dubois, 56, of St. Francis and her mother were headed south on Route 161 in Cross Lake Township shortly after 7:30 a.m.  Dubois lost control of her 2009 Chevy Impala on a curve, and the car went off the road and rolled over.

The road was covered with ice in that area, according to Trooper Daniel Marquis.

North Lakes Fire & Rescue and Fort Kent Ambulance Service responded to the scene. Dubois complained of a neck injury and she and her mother, Betty Brann, were transported to Northern Maine Medical Center in Fort Kent.
