Thursday, State Police arrested a trucker on I-95 and charged him with drunk driving after getting numerous complaints.

Thursday afternoon, police received a number of complaints of a rig weaving on I-95 between Clinton and Augusta.

Damon Frechette, 39-years-old from Connecticut, finally stopped the truck in Augusta after failing to pull over at the weigh station in Sidney, said police.

Frechette was charged with operating under the influence and taken to the Kennebec County Jail. He was hauling 48,000 pounds of mulch.
