Sept. 29 - For the last several weeks, Trooper Whalen was aware of a male subject from Mapleton that had been driving while suspended and also had illegally attached plates on his vehicle.  Trooper Whalen has spent the last several weeks watching for the subject and on 09-29 while on routine patrol, Trooper Whalen met and recognized the vehicle in Castle Hill.  Trooper Whalen stopped the pickup and arrested the male operator for OAS, illegal attachment of plates, violation of conditions of release and a no bail warrant.

Sept. 29 - Trooper Monahan responded to Hodgdon for a well-being check on adult female after mother reported she hadn’t been able to contact her.  While attempting to locate the female, Trooper Monahan discovered that the male she was with was on bail conditions and he was violating the conditions by not being with his custodian nor at the address he was supposed to be at.  Later in the evening, Trooper Monahan located the female, who had returned home, and the male who she arrested for violation of bail conditions.

Oct. 2 - Trooper Levesque responded to residence in Easton for report of a family fight and possible violation of a protection order between male and female at the residence.  While there, he spoke to male subject who denied female was at the house and claimed that female had come over uninvited so he had kicked her out and she was gone. Trooper Levesque attempted to locate the female but could not find her.  Trooper Levesque left the residence and minutes later the neighbors reported that the female was back at the house and the male and female were fighting again.

Trooper Levesque returned to the residence and located the female there but now the male had left. The female reported that she was at the house earlier when Trooper Levesque was there but was made to hide and keep quiet by the male and he had threatened her.  Trooper Levesque located the male at his mother’s residence and arrested him for the violation of protection order.  There is a long history with the male and female with these type of incidents.
