‘The Flash’ First Look at Vibe and Killer Frost Costumes

Flash fans have known since The CW series first confirmed Cisco Ramon and Caitlin Snow as major characters that Vibe and Killer Frost would one day grace the screen. All three seasons have taken steps closer to their comic counterparts, and now a new featurette finally reveals what Killer Frost and Vibe will look like all-suited up.

The CW released a new behind-the-scenes featurette for Season 3, detailing not only some of the subtle changes to Barry Allen’s costume, but also new looks at “The Rival,” Kid Flash and more. Principally however, the video seems intended to tease the costumed debuts of Vibe and Killer frost, given their prominent placement in the frame.

At the very least, the synopsis for Kevin Smith’s November 22 “Killer Frost” episode seemed to suggest that Cisco would be suiting up, but we’d doubt if Caitlin adopted a Killer Frost costume just yet.

KEVIN SMITH DIRECTS; KILLER FROST EMERGES — Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) uses her powers to save Barry (Grant Gustin) but as her mother predicted, the effort unleashes her inner Killer Frost. Killer Frost goes on a rampage looking for Dr. Alchemy, kidnapping Julian (Tom Felton) and battling both The Flash and Vibe (Carlos Valdes). Meanwhile, Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and H.R. (Tom Cavanagh) have a heart to heart talk.

We’ll see for ourselves when The Flash returns next week, but what do we make of Vibe and Killer Frost’s looks so far?
